For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout. W00944316-01

Unit is very clean, amazing location and view however the beach umbrella and one of the chairs was broken. I feel like those things should be checked as each guest leaves. I would suggest for this long of stay offering additional toilet paper and paper towels. Also offering a few baggies or wrap for leftover food.
