The open floor plan for the living area features a comfortable living area; the dining area can seat four and the airy kitchen is well equipped for all kinds of meal preparation with Maui's tasty fruits, garden vegetables and fresh seafood. Or, you can take a short walk to many excellent restaurants and world class shopping. The lanai is perfect for sipping your morning brew and listening to the birds or relaxing at sunset with a tropical mai-tai!

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. AFTER completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Fantastic condo! Great location, clean, tastefully decorated, and a view of the ocean even though it’s not on the beach. All the amenities needed. Great AC in all the rooms. Ideal for 2 couples with their own suites. It was an absolute delight to stay in this unit! Pool right downstairs too. Would highly recommend! Thanks Bello Realty!!

We loved our stay at 1406! It was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It had nice big beach towels, chairs and an older umbrella. The only thing missing was a cooler. The beds were comfy and the location was nice and close to the pool. We would stay here again!

The place was very clean and provided all needed kitchen and beach supplies. It was located near Makena and Wailea beaches which are wonderful for snorkeling and sun bathing. We highly recommend this place to any family with children or without.
