This 3 bedroom 3 bath multi level condominium apartment is like a private home! From the entry you can step up to the open living area with a ocean view lanai. The spacious living area can easily accommodate a family get together with the entertainment area and comfortable dining section. Also on this level is the well equipped kitchen-perfect for a quick snack or making that gourmet meal to enjoy on the lanai. The living room sofa opens to a queen size sleeper sofa able to accommodate 2 guests. On the lower level are two bedrooms-each with their own lanai and a separate full size laundry room. Just a few more steps is the private master suite- with a private garden view lanai. Want to take a refreshing dip? The swimming pool at The Palms of Wailea is a short walk through tropical gardens. Want to stroll along a long sandy beach? The "jewel" of Kihei- Keawakapu Beach is also a short walk from the property. This property has something for everyone's perfect Maui get away!
For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout.

The place is nice, lots of room, great deck, nice master bedroom, kitchen works well. Good bbq

The drawbacks are the twin beds need to be replaced and the carpet I needs to be replaced as well.

Also my main complaint is that checkin isn’t until 4pm and cleaning service didn’t arrive until 3:45pm and wasn’t done until 5:30pm. My family was dying to get into the condo as we were at the beach all day. Never got any response from Bello Reality , disappointing.

Wonderful place ! In beautiful Wailae. It's an older unit but has more charm and I would prefer this unit. Each room had it's own balcony, was spacious, fully stacked with coolers and beach chairs and spacious. Could see the ocean from the main balcony.

This is a great condo that is very spacious and nice! We loved the nearby beach and being able to either drive or walk they’d. We found the beach chairs after a couple days stashed behind the right side of the deck. We used the kitchen and plates, appliances etc often and loved having all the conveniences of a real home. It’s nearby fancy resorts like Wailea andaz and grand Wailea and we loved walking on the beach walk trail each day past these. Hopefully will return again! Thank you!!! Really appreciated the little details like shampoo in all 3 bathrooms, a nice laundry facility with soap, beach towels and chairs provided and plenty of parking. Beds were all comfy and the pullout couch was ok for teens but some extra floor mats were there too if you didn’t want to use couch.

We stayed here for two weeks with adult relatives, cooked wonderful meals every night and enjoyed the spacious lanai. This home has everything you need for the beach, too! A word of warning, though: It is directly above two very busy streets so the noise can be almost deafening. Also, the internet stopped working after five days, and although someone came promptly to troubleshoot, it was not operable during the test of our stay. The pool is quite a distance from this building, but the beach is just a walk away!

Our family of four adults and one child stayed in this wonderful Maui unit. Compared to so many other condos, the spaciousness was fabulous. The unit was fully equipped, including beach chairs, fins and toys. We cooked in a lot, which was easy with all that was provided in the kitchen. The lanai is big, with a lovely view. The layout could not have been better: three floors with master bedroom on lower floor, two bedrooms on second floor, and living area on the third. The windows in master bedroom are all around offering gorgeous flora views. Similarly the living/dining room have sliding doors and windows that bring the outdoors in. It was a pleasure to be in the space. Worthy of note is that the unit is old and it definitely showed it’s age. Though rather worn, it is so spacious and comfortable that the age can easily be overlooked. With its perfect location and its spaciousness, we loved staying here for two weeks.

This three bedroom condo was our favorite on Maui. It’s a split level condo with two bedrooms on the level you walk in on, then an upper level with a large kitchen, dining and living area. The master suite is on the lower level (below the kitchen, dining and living area). The condo has central a/c, a fully equipped kitchen, and an office area in the living room. The condo had plenty of space for the five adults in our group. Additionally, just a short walk down the hill from the property is a beach access where you’ll find a lengthy beach with buttery soft sand and snorkeling. Wailea was definitely our favorite area on Maui!

So easy to check in, great location close to the beach, restaurants etc. and lots of parking. We used the fully-stocked kitchen to cook almost everyday and took the provided beach chairs/towels to the beach. Loved that there is in unit laundry too. Beds were comfy, we slept 6 easily. Wifi and TV worked great. The only cons were this was the strictest community pool I have ever experienced (if you want to spend a lot of time at the pool... maybe look elsewhere) and it would have been great it they provided a hair dryer. But we loved our stay and would definitely come back!
