For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout.

We loved our stay at Rm #601. Spacious and has 2 full baths. Walk to Sugar Beach. The view of Haleakala and the beach from the patio (tho you see the roof of adjacent bldgs but that's ok). Bello and the property manager were very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

This was a great property and we had a wonderful time on our vacation. We were especially pleased with the communication prior and also during our stay. We were assured that any situations or issues that might arise would be taken care of, and they were in a very efficient manner.
Our rental was very clean, well appointed, and the location was not only beautiful but very convenient.
The property was very well maintained during our three week stay. We are looking forward to returning again with friends next year.

So pleasantly surprised by the location and quality of this condo. It was such a dream to be able to stay beach front with a gorgeous view. So many amenities provided. I couldn't complain about a single thing!

My experience was great, the apartment is pretty comfortable, the bed is big and also comfortable. We had everything we needed from that place, the kitchen has everything you need, also they have coolers and beach chairs.
The place is in front of the beach, has pool and bbq stuffs.
Well, I can recommend this place for sure.

The place is cute with a great view. Fully stocked kitchen. Came with cups, plates, utensils and spices to cook! Clean towels and lots of space. Would stay again:)
