Nani Kai Hale 502 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with split air conditioning for year round comfort. Both bedrooms have queen beds making this an ideal condo for two couples. The bathrooms are light and airy and upgraded with beautiful stone work and finishes.
You and your friends will have great memories of watching Maui sunsets from the living area or lanai while relaxing in paradise.
Nani Kai Hale is located on Sugar Beach- a long sandy stretch -perfect for a stroll, jog, snorkeling or just watching the mesmerizing waves roll in. There is a large heated pool- for swimming laps or floating and watching the puffy white clouds in the azure blue sky.

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout.

Great location for traveling anywhere on Maui. Close to airport. A lot of good food spots nearby. Beach access was fantastic since the beach is quiet with beautiful views and not crowded at all. This specific condo was a great size for two people but could definitely accommodate another couple. Had pretty much everything you would need to make your own meals. My only complaint is that the resident manager never reached out to give the access codes to pool/restroom, but I did not find it necessary since I did not use either of those amenities and thus did not reach out myself so not a big deal at all. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and would 100% stay here again.

Check in you just need the code that was provided before hand. Kitchen was great had most equipment needed. Couldn't find a cutting board. Furniture in the living room could have been more comfortable with a couple recliners. Wish there would have been a BBQ on the private deck but not allowed. The BBQ at the complex were great just to far when you are tired. Had a problem with master bath toilet, Bello had it fixed right away. Great location close to a veggie market and small store, bakery etc. But far from a grocery store. Quiet peaceful and fantastic swimming pool. No complaints at all would recommend this condo and would stay here again
