Split AC system installed in living room and bedroom. There are two full bright and airy bathrooms- all updated and with granite counter tops. The bedroom is complete with a comfortable king size bed and flat panel screen tv. There is free wi-fi internet access. The lanai has a lovely ocean view and high end noise canceling slider doors. Relax and enjoy this piece of Maui Paradise.

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout.

Enjoyed the condo and location to beach! Some furniture could be updated especially rusty table n chairs on patio
And did mention to caretaker that laundry machines weren’t operating despite money deposited which he helped us with! Would stay again very comfortable and great location loved beach a few steps away! Clean condo and grounds of complex including bbq area enjoyed eating there outside! Times of Reno’s above condo started a few days after arrival and it would have been good to have been informed when booking instead of reading a note on elevator

great place for the two of us. It had everything we needed: very nice comfortable king size bed with lots of pillows, a well appointed kitchen with everything we needed to make some meals, and of course, the Lanai. We went to sleep and woke up to the sound of waves. The location was near restaurants, food trucks, shopping, and other nice beaches, yet set aside just enough for peace and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location! Directions around the condo were simple. Parking was never an issues. The manager was also very helpful. No issues. Beautiful view of the beach. Extremely satisfied.
