Amenities include full kitchen, granite countertops, custom tile, cherry cabinets, queen sleeper sofa and a custom desk area with charging station. Relax in the large spacious bedroom with updated bedding, pillows, and luxurious memory foam bed. New plush beach towels, ice chest, and beach chairs are included for your comfort and enjoyment. For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout.

We enjoyed Kehei. I think the unit is in need of an update. The couch is super uncomfortable, the bedroom too hot and I never saw anyone I would consider a property manager. Probably won’t stay there again even though it’s a great location

Average stay at an average location. If you only need a place to stay and get around Maui, this location in Kehei will serve you just fine. Nothing special but still a fair value.

I loved staying at Nani Kai Hale. The condo is situated for easy drives to snorkelling, grocery stores, entertainment, parks, dining and all things tourist.
The staff responded to a couple of concerns and fixed them quickly.
I don't like to use the air-conditioning, so all the windows were open when we slept and I did notice the traffic noise.

We stayed a week at the Nani Kai Hale and it could not have been better. Not only is the property centrally located to enjoy day trips around the entire island, but it’s proximity to the beach was ideal. We thoroughly enjoyed having our morning coffee and watching evening sunsets in the lawn chairs as we listened to the waves crash. It had grocery stores, restaurants, and shops in close proximity so it was a resort experience without the busyness of more populated cities.
Our room was incredible. Fully stocked with everything we needed, we enjoyed home cooked meals almost every evening and had every dish, utensil, pot, and pan we needed. It was great having a separate bedroom with its own tv too, as my husband and I tend to go to bed at different times. Along with that, having two bathrooms was ideal so he could get ready at the crack of dawn while I slept in.�� The staff and maintenance crew were personable and friendly and having laundry service was a big help. All in all we truly could not have picked a more ideal property and have already discussed going back. If and when we do, we will definitely stay at the NKH again.
