Description

A beautiful tropical garden setting awaits you from this first floor location. The one bedroom one bath apartment is upgraded and updated . New Air Conditioning throughout the apartment! It has a spacious living/dining/kitchen area. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment. Koa Resort has a large swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts and barbecue grills throughout the five acre landscaped grounds.

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout.

Nice Clean Condo perfect for a single or couple. All the space you really need when visiting Maui. Perfect location for a morning 10 mile walk on the beach and an evening ocean swim. The overall property is in very good shape and the pool is the best condo pool in the area. They seem to have solved the issue where local residents would dominate the pool as I never noticed any outsiders. I will be renting this condo three more weeks this year.

Condo was a great choice for a Maui vacation. Had every possible item you would need for a beach vacation. Beach chairs, towels, etc. Fully stocked kitchen.

This place was perfect for us, the bed was super comfortable. Which was a huge thing for I was 32wks pregnant. The furniture in the living room is dated for sure, but we where out and about for most of the trip. I would stay in this spot again.

I woke up relaxed every morning and felt the joy that Maui can bring. I don’t know if I’ve ever had a more relaxing vacation experience.
Everyone at the site was very pleasant, the property is very pretty and well maintained.

In a word, excellent! We enjoyed the features of the resort such as the kitchen, laundry setup in the room, the hot tub, grills, etc. The room was very comfortable with couch, dining area, kitchen, closet for beach items, laundry, bathroom, and bedroom. The air conditioners in the dining/living room and the bedroom worked well and were fairly quiet. The resort was close but not too close to the businesses of Kihei and the beaches. There was plenty of parking at the resort.

This was a fantastic location in Maui!! Close to everything we wanted to do. The condo was clean, nice and on the ground floor next to the pool. The kids loved going out the back door straight into the quart yard. The location had an easy entry which was fantastic.

Condo was clean, in excellent condition. Across street from beach. Beautiful pool. It was quiet. My only complaint was there were only two drinking glasses, only small juice and wine glasses. And no big serving bowls. We had friends in different units and wanted to do dinners together. But it just sold, so I assume those issues would be resolved.
