Kihei Bay Vista is a low rise island style complex across from a long sandy stretch of beach. The beach is perfect for walks, sunset watching or just relaxing. At certain times it is a popular spot to watch the kite surfers ride the waves and sail through the air! The apartment is recently updated and immaculate. The kitchen is well equipped and set up for easy meal preparation. The bedroom has cathedral ceilings, a great window for island breezes, and a queen size bed. The sleeper sofa in the living area has a memory foam mattress. There is a flat panel TV and free WiFi. The bathroom was remodeled in 2018. The beautiful pool area is perfect for relaxing in the tropical sunshine. There is an A/C unit in the living room and a washer/dryer in the apartment. Kihei Bay Vista is close to Kihei's shopping centers and restaurants. A top notch place to vacation in Maui!

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout.

We loved our little condo! We had everything we needed right there in our condo. Even snorkeling equipment and a cooler to take everywhere. It was hassle free to set up our reservation and so amazingly comfortable! Would stay here again on our next visit!

Overall experience was good, easy to find the place. It was clean and spacious for 2 people. The bed was extremely uncomfortable for me.

Did not like how they charge an additional $30 for insurance of the place.

We stayed in the condo in February 2022. It was fine for our needs (a retired couple), but it could have been better stocked, particularly the kitchen. There were only 4 plates and few baking pans. We bought and left a cookie sheet. We would also have liked a table for eating inside, but the weather was good so we were able to use the lanai. The location was good--quiet away from the bustle of south Kihei. And we enjoyed the lanai with quite a nice table and chairs and a constant breeze.

This was a great unit! Very clean when we arrived, zero bugs our entire stay. Had everything we needed, great location, affordable! Only feedback I could give is to provide better pillows to make the stay more enjoyable & maybe a couple more pans and cookie sheet, we didn’t have one to make Christmas cookies. I would definitely would stay here again in this unit! Outside grounds were well maintained, clean pool area, the lanai overlooks the pool. Had plenty of beach chairs and towels, snorkel gear, several boogie boards, cooler. Great experience!

We have vacationed in Maui 11 times, this condo was not the nicest. Cabinets desperately need updating, coffee maker didn’t work from day one, and bathroom light bulb went out on us 3 days in. Carpeted floors was a bit weird too for Maui. Condos are right across from a decent beach but not really walking distance to shopping. I must day though, the Bello realty staff was very courteous. They got us a new coffee maker quickly.

We had an amazing stay, the condo was so well stocked and not one bug was seen inside our entire stay! The pool area was cleaned every morning before opening and the other outdoor areas were meticulously maintained. Loved that it was a minute walk to a great beach with a cove perfect for young children to swim in! Would definitely stay here again!
