The Haleakala Shores property has a swimming pool in a lush, tropical setting. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, one powerful window air conditioning unit and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The guest bedroom is closed off with sliding shoji door panels. There is assigned covered parking for convenience and comfort. For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout.

We enjoyed out stay here. The beds were comfortable the place was clean, there was new carpet. The place os dated but it functions well and is spacious

Pros
The complex is in a good location, close to beach, shops, restaurants. Condo is spacious and the two bedrooms are not right next to each other. Even though it is very old, it was very clean. There were beach towels , chairs, and an umbrella.
Cons
The condo and everything in it is very old and could use updating. The furniture is not comfortable. The TV is not a smart TV so we could not access any streaming services. The guide only worked sometimes. The second bedroom is extremely hot, even with two fans running. It would be beneficial if they added an AC unit like they have in the other two rooms. The non stick pans need to be thrown away as most are scratched, which is very unhealthy. There are no wine glasses and not enough coffee mugs or dishes/silverware.
