The home was recently remodeled and now has split air conditioning units an updated kitchen top to bottom! Updated bathrooms top to bottom! And new furnishings- comfortable and with tropical island feeling! Hale Kihei is handicap accessible- with ramps and other accommodations. The guest bedroom has the option for two twin beds or one converted king size bed (upon request and approval). This is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the best of Maui. After a day at the beach with sun and fun- the cool lanai overlooking the shady green garden is the place to enjoy a refreshing beverage, read a book or take a nap. The well designed and equipped kitchen opens to the lanai for al fresco dining. There is also a propane barbeque grill for cooking some island favorites. For activity, shopping, restaurants, and other diversions are within walking distance of this great location.

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. My husband and I along with our 5 month old used this home for our first family vacation to Maui. The home had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as needed. The location is incredible. Just steps, literally steps from the beach. Walking distance to lots of eateries and grocery stores. Would def stay here again.

Place is private, in a perfect location, 30 seconds walk to the beach. Older home but totally updated inside. AC works well. We spent 5 nights here and if we make it back to Maui, we'll definitely try to stay here again. Easy drive to restaurants and shopping.

But the best thing is Charley Young beach. We had perfect conditions. Light wind, sun, calm waves, soft sand, turtles near tide pools. The people at the beach were great and it never got too busy.

We had a marvelous time as always. Have stayed at the house a few times. Never disappoints . We were able to get in little early which was wonderful. All was clean and beautiful . Thank you Bello realty. Our only complaint is the living room furniture. It really needs new pads and some wood or something so you don't sink in . Very uncomfortable.. Love the look.. Just been sat on by too many people. But who goes to Maui to watch TV? We love it there .. Also ws unable to use the gas barbecue. Someone had turned the gas off so tight we were unable to open. Unfortunately it was after hours for Bello to come and fix it... We made our steaks in the oven.. We told Brice the next day, and he said he would come and fixit.. But , we only wanted to inform him for the next guest..

The house was clean, and well stocked with needed supplies, as in beach chairs and beach towels, coolers.
The house was comfortable & a great home base for all the adventures that await.
