The open floor plan lets the ocean breezes flow through the comfortable designer style living room and gourmet kitchen. The bedrooms both have king beds for your sleeping comfort. For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout. WI119097548801

2022 was my eighth visit to Hale Hui Kai. If the sand and sea is your priority then this is the place for you. Easy accessibility to the beach. This property is well maintained, quiet and low key. Each unit is individually owned so decor varies, but for the most part comfortable. On my calendar for next year.

From our very first contact with Bello Realty, through to closing the door as we left for the airport, the experience was excellent. Bello responded to all of our questions in a timely manner and provided all of the required information for a smooth arrival to the property. The Condo itself (#308) was pretty close to perfect! Beautiful layout, great view, well stocked with everything from olive oil to beach chairs! The unit was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and all appliances, fans, TVs etc. were in working order. The only thing lacking was an in-suite washer and dryer which would have made the property perfect!

Deferred maintenance on unit #308 was a bother, but the place was clean and the staff very helpful. Some broken items were replaced immediately upon calling management. Broken bedroom dresser drawers, no bedroom TVs could not be remedied. Beach access excellent and the public areas well maintained.
