Located on the second floor of Hale Hui Kai, this newly restored two bedroom / two bathroom condo has a comfortable spacious design along the north side of building with a tropical garden view. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, which can be converted to king bed (upon request and approval). Kitchen includes modern appliances and granite countertops and a space dedicated for a desk/workspace.

Newly installed split system AC, one high efficiency unit in the living room and one unit for each bedroom.

Hale Hui Kai is a beloved location among first time visitors and repeat guests. There is a small shared oceanfront pool next to the common area covered lanai, which is equipped with comfortable lounge space for guests to enjoy when you need a break from the Maui sun.

IMPORTANT Damage Protection Information for this rental:
For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout. W14498515-01

Unit 205 at Hale Hue Kai was tastefully and comfortably decorated with a well-equipped kitchen and new appliances. Spotlessly clean and very peaceful complex, yet close to great restaurants and beaches in Kihei. Our second stay here in a few years and we will return.

My wife and I spent two weeks at Hale Hui Ka, which flew by. Our condo was great, beach access easy, and the resort was peaceful.

The landscaping around the building was beautiful and well maintained, especially the small grassy lawn areas. The beach access doesn’t get any better. There was always something to watch on the water either from the lawn area or the shaded covered lounge area. We found the parking stalls very narrow; fortunately we had rented a small car.
We found the decor of the unit very tasteful and as described. One side note... the carpets need replacing as well as the lanai furniture cushions. The number of dishes was adequate for two people but would have been scarce for anymore folk.

This is our 12th year staying at HHK & we have stayed in many of the units over the years. Bello Realty does an excellent job managing the rental of the units and we were grateful that our family could make the trip this year despite the ongoing pandemic.
