Master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Convenient walk in showers in both bathrooms.

Hale Hui Kai is a beloved among first time visitors and repeat guests. There is a small shared oceanfront pool next to the common area covered lanai, which is equipped with comfortable lounge space for guests to enjoy when you need a break from the Maui sun.

IMPORTANT Damage Protection Information for this rental:
For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout. W20055326-01

On the VRBO site, I wrote it was a 5 star location and 3 stars rental. I wrote this while I was in the airport. When I landed, I learned that my bag was confiscated due to cockroaches.

We really enjoyed staying in Hale Hui Kai. It is located by beautiful beach. The unit is in decent conditions. Hopefully owners of this unit #110 will eventually upgrade the kitchen and get rid of cockroaches

This is our second stay in this particular unit out of a total of 5 stays over the past several years. We love this unit due to the location and we hope that the current owner will maintain the property as the former owner did. Just a bit of updating and maintenence would make it easy for us to continue renting and refer others. Bryce and the rest of the property management team are rock solid. Always accessible and full of information, and with the perfect mix of personality and professionalism!

The location of Unit #110 is great. It's on the ground level, has a good ocean view and is steps from the beach. The unit is a little dated and in need up some updates/small repairs, but was still was a very comfortable place to stay. The unit is well stocked with kitchen gear and beach gear. No A/C in this unit. Fortunately we didn't need it on our stay (December). I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat. Thanks!
