Two full baths- one with a shower bathtub combo and the other has a walk in shower.
This rental has a high efficiency Split system AC, one unit in each bedroom and one in the living room.

Hale Hui Kai is a beloved location among first time visitors and repeat guests. There is a small shared oceanfront pool next to the common area covered lanai, which is equipped with comfortable lounge space for guests to enjoy when you need a break from the Maui sun.

IMPORTANT Damage Protection Information for this rental:

For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. AFTER completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout.

The Hale Hui Kai condo was ideal for our 4-person group. It was only steps away from a clean and inviting beach -- so nice to just come out of the water and into your own shower without driving. The hardworking staff was always busy keeping the walkways and pool clean, and everyone was extremely friendly. Kehei prices, but right on the border of upscale Wailea. I'm already about to book again for next year.

It is difficult to find a 2 bedroom unit on the beach that is affordable and as well kept as this property. The unit and complex were better than anticipated and the beach is probably one of the best in the area. We will be back. Thanks

Lovely place. Not perfect, largely due to COVID repercussions. Bello Realty responsive and professional. On site manager annoyed by his responsibilities.
